Fiorella Marchan, 2026 - Marketing Team Lead

Fiorella Marchan is a sophomore double majoring in Finance and Hospitality & Tourism Management. This is Fiorella’s first year on the committee and she’s so excited to work alongside the other members! Being the Marketing Lead, she will provide companies and students with the proper information and tools for the event via HTMCD social media and the Career Day collateral. Along with being on the committee, Fiorella works as an Isenberg Peer Advisor and is in the Sigma Kappa sorority. In her free time, Fiorella enjoys cooking, going to the gym, drinking coffee, and hanging out with family and friends. Valentina Zimmerman, 2026 - Marketing Team

Valentina Zimmerman is a sophomore majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. This is Valentina’s first year on the committee and she couldn’t be more excited to jump into the planning of this year’s Career Day! As a member of the marketing team, she will help relay information about HTMCD to companies and students through social media. Aside from being on the committee, Grace is a member of the CMAA club and a part of the marketing and communications planning committee for the 2024 Women of Isenberg Conference. Eirene Belk, 2025 - Operations Team Lead

Eirene Belk is a junior Hospitality and Tourism Management major. Eirene volunteered for the Career Day during her Junior year and is excited to be more hands-on with the experience and work with her fellow committee members to host a memorable Career Day and interconnecting events. In addition to the work Eirene does on the committee, Eirene is also apart of the HTM Ambassador program and a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Joey Foglietta, 2024 - Operations Team

Joey Foglietta is a senior majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management.  He is so excited to be on the career day team this year and provide these amazing opportunities to students. Additionally, he is the president of the HTM ambassador program and works as a bartender at Progression Brewing. Shawn Scanlon, 2024 - External Relations Team Lead

Shawn Scanlon is a senior pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. This is Shawn's first year on the committee, he is excited to be collaborating and getting to know all of the committee members. In his role, he will be working with recruiters in hopes of securing students with amazing work experiences. In addition to being apart of career day, Shawn is part of the HTM Ambassador Program. Serena Patterson, 2023 - External Relations Team

Serena Patterson is a senior pursuing a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Being part of the External Relations team, she is looking forward to helping create networking events for students to gain resources and industry-related work opportunities. Alongside with working on the committee, Serena is a part of HTM Ambassadors and serves as Event & Entertainment Coordinator for Communities Against Cancer. Darci Garrity , 2025 - Operations Team & External Relations Team

Darci Garrity is a junior pursuing her undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She is excited to join the Career Day Committee as part of both the Operations and External Relations Teams. In this role, she will work with the rest of the team to ensure an incredible event for students and companies alike.
